Terms of Service

Rosso Registry ("the marketplace") is an advertising platform that connects buyers with independent, professional Ferrari dealers across Europe. We are never a party to a sale: the contract is always between the buyer and the selling dealer.

Using the marketplace. You may browse listings without an account. An account is required to save cars and searches and to send enquiries. You agree to provide accurate information, to use the marketplace lawfully, and not to scrape, copy or resell its content.

Dealer accounts. Only registered businesses may advertise vehicles. A dealer warrants that it is entitled to sell each advertised car, that every stated fact — mileage, year, history, ownership, damage and price — is accurate, and that all photographs are its own or used with permission. Prices are shown in euro and, unless the listing states otherwise, exclude registration, transport and any local taxes.

Verification. A "Verified dealer" badge means we have checked the company's registration details. It is not a guarantee of any individual vehicle, and it never implies that the dealer is an official or Ferrari-appointed dealer unless the listing says so explicitly.

Our rights. We may edit, pause or remove any listing, and suspend any account, that breaches these terms, applicable law or our marketplace standards. We may change plans, prices and features, and will tell dealers in advance of any change that affects a paid subscription.

Liability. The marketplace is provided as-is. We are not liable for the accuracy of dealer content, for any transaction, or for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights against a selling dealer.

Governing law and contact. These terms are governed by Swedish law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection in your country of residence. Questions: support@rossoregistry.com.
